Now Open AI has made all the features of GPT-4o accessible to free users. ChatGPT users will now be able to access Custom GPTs, analyse charts, images, and ask queries in text, photo, audio, and video formats.
All the features of GPT-4o will be available on the web and the ChatGPT app for Android and iOS.
Features Available To Free Users
ChatGPT will provide a comprehensive analysis of charts, photos, videos, and audio when given the adequate prompt.
Users will be able to access the GPT Store for browsing and using custom bots. Users can avail the benefits of pre-created chatbots available at the store for performing specific tasks like like coding, writing, and more.
Users will also be able to analyse and interact with photographs in real time. Users can ask ChatGPT, through photographs, to solve complex mathematical problems, translate the language captured in the picture, and add more information to the picture.
The documents can also be uploaded to the chatbot by clicking on the attachment icon. Users will be able to perform certain actions such as asking ChatGPT to analyse or summarise the document. The feature supports PDF files, Word documents, excel sheets, presentations, and more.
Limitations Of The Free Users
OpenAI ensured all the features of ChatGPT-4o for free but it has some limitations to stop the overuse of the platform. The number of messages per user will be limited and the user will automatically shift to GPT-3.5, once the limit is reached. Moreover, the availability of ChatGPT-4o for free will depend on the demand of the paid users at that time.
