NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will give out approximately 51,000 appointment letters to new recruits on Tuesday morning through a video conference. This employment event, known as the Rozgar Mela, will occur at 46 locations nationwide.
Recruitment is happening in various government sectors, including central government departments and state governments and Union Territories (UTs). The new recruits will be joining different Ministries and Departments, such as the Department of Posts, Indian Audit and Accounts Department, Department of Atomic Energy, Department of Revenue, Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, and others.
The Rozgar Mela represents the Prime Minister’s commitment to prioritize job creation. It is anticipated to stimulate further employment opportunities and empower youth to participate in national development.
The newly appointed individuals will also have the chance to undergo training through Karmayogi Prarambh, an online module accessible on the iGOT Karmayogi portal. This platform offers over 680 e-learning courses for flexible learning on any device.
