Best work trip?
From the recent ones, I would say my trip to London, Ontario for the ICAT conference. The worst work trip would be to Ooty in Tamil Nadu because I got car sick!
If you could learn a language instantly, which would you pick and why?
Fun answer – ‘Gen Alpha’ lingo so that I can keep up with the students I meet.
Serious answer – Urdu because it’s got such a history and sounds royal.
What makes you get up in the morning?

Best international education conference and why
ICAT in London, Ontario is the best conference I have attended so far because it was professional as well as casual and candid.
Book or podcast recommendation for others in the sector?
‘The courage to be disliked’ is one such book that I would recommend to others. As for a podcast, it would be the ‘BeerBiceps’ podcast.
Describe a project or initiative you’re currently working on that excites you.
I am working on a fun presentation for high school students that goes beyond just the university information. I can’t share details on what it is exactly but that’s in the works.
