She completed her schooling from Ishan International Public School, Patna. After she completed her schooling from Patna, Shweta did her graduation in Electrical and Telecommunication from Bhagalpur Engineering College. After completing her engineering, she was placed in a famous company named Wipro.
Professional journey of Shweta Bharti
While working for Wipro, Shweta confessed a longing to shift gears and transition into civil services. Yet, due to familial obligations, giving up her job was not an option. According to her, she discovered a rhythm, splitting her time between working during the sunlight hours and surrendering her nights to the realm of books and study.
Shweta Bharti openly shares how she had to struggle to balance her civil service duties with her personal work. In the process, she consciously decided to take a break from social circles and online platforms. There came a point in her life when she thought it best to stop using a smartphone altogether.
Shweta prepared for civil service along with her job and secured a brilliant rank in the BPSC 65th examination. After BPSC, Shweta got posted as Program Officer (DPO) in the Education Department in West Champaran district. After achieving triumphant success in the BPSC, Shweta earned herself a noteworthy position as a Program Officer (DPO) within the Education Department, serving the West Champaran district. However, this was not it, even after clearing the BPSC exam, she cleared the UPSC examination with an All India Rank of rank 356.
