What Was Your Weight Loss Diet And Routine?
- Early morning: before running I take 1 spoon of peanut butter and hydration powder mixed with active afresh energy powder.
- Breakfast: I eat 2-3 eggs (boiled or sunny side up) or drink 400ml cold milk mixed with 20gm protein and nutrition powder or 1 bowl of oats mixed with 1 scoop protein powder and 5-7 almonds and munakka.
- Lunch: 1 plate salad that includes beetroot, carrot, cucumber with rock salt and lemon before hitting the gym. Lunch is 1 roti with either dal/vegetable or chicken with 1 bowl of curd.
- Evening snack: Small bowl of roasted black grams or peanuts or makhana or banana chips and later one fruit either apple or pear.
- Dinner: Mostly 400 ml milk with 20gm protein and nutrition powder.
Did You Completely Cut Down on Sugar?
