Yes, I completely eliminated sugar from my everyday diet even though it was very difficult for me. I realised that sugar has additional calories that, if not burned off, can cause weight gain.

Did You Have Cheat Meals?

I feel like even cheat meals are important so I indulged in one once or twice a week. I enjoy eating Biryani or fried chicken and I make sure it’s guilt-free.

What is One Rule That You Abide by For Losing Weight?

Being consistent with my workout and totally avoiding sugar and gluten also getting enough sleep. She said, “It can be difficult to completely avoid gluten because it’s present in so many everyday foods and drinks. Eating entire, single-component meals or closely reading food product ingredient labels are the best ways to totally prevent it.”
