New Delhi: The National Testing Agency (NTA) is expected to announce UGC NET Result 2024 anytime soon. As of now, there is no update from the NTA for the announcement of the UGC NET result date and time. Meanwhile, a section of aspirants have taken to social media platforms urging the Commission the announce the UGC NET result as soon as possible.
To access the UGC NET result, a candidate must enter his application number and date of birth. The University Grants Commission- National Eligibility Test(UGC NET) examination was held from August 21 to September 4, 2024. The examination is held for (i) ‘award of Junior Research Fellowship and appointment as Assistant Professor’, (ii) ‘appointment as Assistant Professor and admission to Ph.D.’ and (iii) ‘admission to Ph.D. only’. The examination is held in 83 subjects in CBT mode.

Echoing similar concerns, another aspirant wrote, “Sir, It has been over three weeks since the UGC NET exam, and the delay in results is affecting our PhD admissions and future plans. We kindly request that the results be released at the earliest to avoid further delays. Please provide us the expected date.”
“With all respects sir, please give a tentative date for the UGC NET results. All the students have been struggling with mental trauma since June itself. Please, do look into the matter sincerely 🙏,” added another user.
