New Delhi: Reliance Jio on Tuesday faced a service outage across various locations in India. The disruption in the services has prevented the users from accessing communication applications. According to a Times of India report, the complainants peaked at 1.41 pm with about 2,300 reports, with gradual decline till 2.11 pm. However, the reports again rose with over 1,900 complaints. The cause of the outage remains unknown, and there is no official statement yet from Reliance Jio regarding the situation.
Amidst the ongoing issues with Jio services, numerous users have taken to social media to express their frustration over the lack of connectivity. An X user with the handle Anoop_K_Nair tweeted, “@reliancejio Your network is down for VPN connectivity across India? JioFiber…multiple company VPNs are unable to connect through JioFiber. Switched to a different provider to continue..pls check.”
