The Joe Rogan Experience host said on Tuesday’s episode that the vice president had a condition on a possible interview — no discussing the legalization of marijuana.

“They had, I don’t know how many conversations with my folks, but multiple conversations giving different dates, different times, different this, different that, and we knew that she was going to be in Texas, so I said, ‘open invitation,’” Rogan detailed.

The comedian had hoped Harris would find a way to carve out time for him while she was in Texas, given she was in Houston — about three hours away from Rogan’s Austin studio — on Oct. 25, where Beyonce, Kelly Rowland and others stumped for the Democrat’s presidential candidate.

“I think they had requirements on things that she didn’t want to talk about, she didn’t want to talk about marijuana legalization, which I thought was hilarious.”

Rogan’s guest Adrienne Iapalucci questioned why Harris wanted to avoid the topic, to which Rogan replied: “Because of her prosecuting record. She put a lot of people in jail for weed.”

During last Friday’s episode, Rogan also mentioned other conditions the campaign had for the interview.

“There were a few restrictions of things they didn’t want to talk about, but I said, ‘I don’t give a f***, get her in here.’ Like, whatever you want to talk about.”

Rogan also said that Harris wanted him to travel to Washington to do the sit-down, which would only be an hour given her schedule.

The UFC commentator sat down with now-President-elect Trump for a three-hour conversation that has racked up more than 49 million views on YouTube.

In the end, Rogan endorsed Trump for president the day before the election.

Rogan told Iapalucci that Harris was a “bad candidate,” said she wasn’t good in unscripted situations and that her campaign was “chaotic.”

He added: “I don’t know if she’s good at running things because you’d have to be behind the scenes to see how that works, but when it comes to talking off the top of her head, what she’s good at is a pre-rehearsed speech that she reads off a teleprompter.”
