SSC GD Final Result 2023: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has declared the final result for the SSC GD Constable 2022 examination today, August 20, 2023. Candidates can download the SSC GD Constable Final Result 2023 by visiting the official website of the Commission at ssc.nic.in. The Commission conducted Constable (GD) in CAPFs, SSF, Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles and Sepoy in Narcotics Control Bureau Examination, 2022 between January 10 to February 13, 2023, in the Computer-Based Mode. The result of the Computer Based Examination was declared on April 8. A total of 3,70,998 candidates (Female 40,924 and Male- 3,30,074) were shortlisted for appearing in the PET/ PST.

- Visit the official website of the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) at ssc.nic.in.
- On the homepage, look for the link that reads, “Constable (GD) in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), SSF, Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles and Sepoy in Narcotics Control Bureau Examination, 2022- Declaration of Final Result.”
- A new pdf document will appear on the screen.

A total of 49590 vacancies (except 597 vacancies of Manipur) have been considered for allocation to the following forces:-
- BSF (Border Security Force)
- B-CISF (Central Industrial Security Force)
- C- CRPF (Central Reserve Police Force)
- D-SSB (Sashastra Seema Bal)
- E-ITBP (Indo Tibetan Border Police)
- F-AR (Assam Rifles)

As per the option exercised by the candidates in the Online Application Form, candidates belonging to SC, ST and OBC category, on migration from the State/ UT of their origin to another State/ UT have been considered in their respective reserved category if they have chosen to take benefit of reservation from the State/ UT of origin. Other-wise they have been considered as UR candidate from the State/ UT of their domicile as per the provisions of the Notice of the Examination.
The Select list has been prepared as per All India vacancies and State-wise vacancies with further reservation for candidates of Border Districts/ Naxal or Militancy affected Districts within the State. Candidates belonging to Border/ Naxal or Militancy affected Districts have been considered against general area vacancies or against vacancies in such areas in the State concerned as may be advantageous to them. Allocation to SSF, NCB or CAPFs has been done as per merit cum preference of the candidates, subject to availability of vacancies in State/ UT concerned, reservation for Border district and Naxal/ Militancy affected districts and category-wise reservation.

No Reserve List/ Waiting List is prepared by the Commission. Unfilled vacancies in the final result and vacancies arising out of non-joining of selected candidates will be carried forward to the next year by the concerned user departments. The marks of the candidates will be uploaded on the website of the Commission in due course.
