There’s good news and bad news for Steam customers looking to grab a bargain. The good news is that the Steam Spring Sale is still running on PC, so there’s still time to save money on thousands of games. The Steam Spring Sale comes to an end at 5pm GMT UK time on the afternoon of March 21, which means there isn’t long left before it comes to an end. The bad news, however, is that the next major Steam Sale isn’t until the Summer Sale kicks off in June, specifically from June 27 until July 11.
While there will be smaller sales, weekly and daily deals from now until June, it’s nothing compared to the scale of the Spring or Summer Sales.
The Steam Deckbuilders Fest runs from March 25 until April 1, while the FPS Fest kicks off on April 15 and ends on April 22.
Then there’s the Farming Fest from April 29 until May 6, followed by the Endless Replayability Fest on May 13 and the Open World Survival Crafting Fest from May 27 until June 3.
The Steam Next Fest will run from June 10 until a week later on June 17, followed by the aforementioned Steam Summer Sale between June 27 and July 11.
The best time of year for major Steam Sales is autumn/winter, when you have the Halloween Sale in October, followed by the Autumn Sale at the end of November and the Winter Sale in December.
As for the Steam Spring Sale, highlights include Starfield for £40.19, Lies of P for £37.49, and Star Wars Jedi Survivor for £26.99.
Customers can also grab discounts on Sony games like Ratchet and Clank, Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves and Horizon Zero Dawn.
In fact, most of the major publishers have games on sale, including Ubisoft, Capcom, Konami and Bethesda.
Customers can even save money of 2023 game of the year Baldur’s Gate 3, which is reduced to £44.99.
