Inditex’s youth fashion chain strides further onto the global stage. As part of its retail expansion strategy, Stradivarius has unveiled a new boutique in Paris, specifically located in the Westfield Les Quatre Temps shopping center, nestled within the trendy La Défense neighborhood. This marks the brand’s second establishment in the heart of the French capital and its ninth in the Île-de-France region.
Spanning a total area of 910 square meters with a retail space of 637 square meters, the locale showcases the brand’s new store concept, already seen in some of its recent openings, such as its grand flagship on Barcelona’s Paseo de Gracia, and in revamped spaces like its iconic boutique on Madrid’s Gran Vía.
Dubbed ‘Wave’, this fresh design notably embraces innovation, with a pivotal focus on sustainability as part of the brand’s social and environmental commitment. Featuring a color palette dominated by neutral tones of white, gray, beige, and ochre, the establishment incorporates minimalist aesthetics crafted with natural materials like mineral cement-based lime, adorning the walls to create a distinctive texture.
Furthering its dedication to environmental stewardship, the store boasts LED lights that offer uniform illumination throughout the space and is linked to the internal Inergy platform, which centrally monitors efficient air conditioning and electricity consumption. Additionally, the fitting room curtains are fashioned from 100% recycled materials sourced from industrial textile waste.
Moreover, the boutique offers novel amenities aimed at enhancing the customer experience, such as self-checkout counters or its ‘click & collect’ service, integrated to streamline the purchasing process, along with a point for collecting used clothing, with the aim of extending the lifespan of garments.
Founded in Barcelona in 1994, the youthful fashion brand has been part of the Inditex brand portfolio since 1999 alongside Zara, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Pull&Bear, Oysho, Lefties, and Zara Home.
By the close of its 2023 fiscal year, the brand boasted a retail network of 841 points of sale, encompassing both proprietary stores and franchises. Economically, Stradivarius concluded its last fiscal year, ending on January 31, 2023, with net sales of €2.334 billion, marking a 13% increase compared to the previous year.
