Think Tank Photo updated its Mirrorless Movers bag series with four new and exclusive colors, increased front pocket volume, improved organization features, and additional adjustable dividers to enable a better user experience regardless of a photographer’s kit.
The Think Tank Mirrorless Mover series comprises five camera bags ranging in size from five to 30 liters. The line includes the Mirrorless Mover 5, 10, 20, 25, and 30.
The smallest Mirrorless Mover, the 5, is designed to be a small shoulder bag or sling and hold a compact mirrorless camera body with an attached lens. The 10 can store a camera with a larger lens but is still not designed explicitly with a second lens in mind.
The Mirrorless Mover 20 holds a mirrorless camera with a medium-sized lens and a second medium-sized lens. Think Tank’s example kit is a Fujifilm X Series camera with an attached 16-80mm zoom and a loose 55-200mm telephoto zoom. It can also comfortably contain a full-frame mirrorless camera with a standard zoom lens.
Although the jump from 20 to 25 doesn’t sound that large, it does allow photographers to carry a camera and three total lenses, assuming they are relatively small optics. It can also comfortably carry a camera, two lenses, and a flash.
The large Mirrorless Mover 30 takes the overall usability of the 25 bag and takes it up a notch. It appears to be a better choice for full-frame shooters or those with slightly larger lenses.
The Mirrorless Mover 30’s international dimensions (width x height x depth) are 10.5 x 7.5 x 4.25 inches (26.5 x 19 x 11 centimeters). It weighs 19 ounces (0.54 kilograms) when empty, including its rain cover and shoulder strap.
Compare that to the Mirrorless Mover 5, which has internal dimensions of 3.5 x 5 x 3 inches (9 x 12.5 x 7.5 centimeters) and weighs just seven ounces (0.2 kilograms).
All the Mirrorless Mover bags feature high-quality YKK RC zippers and metal hardware, an easy-access front zippered pocket and accessory organizer, dedicated clear slots for all major memory card formats, stretchable side pockets for accessories, additional storage for batteries or compact accessories, key hook and lanyard, top grab handle, DWR treated fabrics, and a seam-sealed rain cover.
The Think Tank Mirrorless Mover series comes in cool grey, coast green, marine blue, and campfire orange colorways. The series starts at $45.75 for the Mirrorless Mover 5 and tops out at $78.75 for the 30. The complete details and purchasing options are available on Think Tank’s website.
