The NHAI official said four flyovers along the Jaipur-Kishangarh stretch of the Ajmer Expresswaywill also open for the public by June this year.
Jaipur-Ajmer Expressway: Here comes a piece of good news for the daily commuters as the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) is planning to build three new highways and four flyovers by the end of April which will offer a smooth journey for commuters between Jaipur and Ajmer.
The NHAI official said four flyovers along the Jaipur-Kishangarh stretch of the Ajmer Expresswaywill also open for the public by June this year.
Ajay Arya, NHAI’s project director, told TOI that the construction of three flyovers at Bandersindhri, Mahla, and Sawarda crossings is nearing completion and he is anticipating the opening of these ones by the end of this month.
He further added that the progress on five more flyovers at Bagru, Narsinghpura, Gadota, Mokahpura, and Padasoli is also moving swiftly.
Arya further added that they working to finish the Ajmer-bound flank of the Kamla Nehru Nagar crossing flyover.
He also stated that it is likely that these five flyovers will be operational between late June and mid-July.
The NHAI officials added that once all nine flyovers are operational, travel time between Ajmer and Jaipur will be significantly reduced, allowing for a two-hour commute between the 200-feet Bypass Crossing and Ajmer.
