Two five-star hotels are set to open by Christmas to accommodate the well-heeled crowds.

The Vineta

First up, The Vineta, a “quintessential example of Mediterranean Revival architecture.. (and) Most recently known as The Chesterfield, the landmark building will be reborn following a top-to-bottom renovation by internationally acclaimed AD 100 interior designer Tino Zervudachi.”

The Palm House

Also opening in time for the Christmas crowds and the inauguration is The Palm House: “a modern luxury hotel nestled in the heart of Palm Beach. Perfectly located on Royal Palm Way, steps from the beach.” But perhaps what locals are most excited about is the Nobu restaurant opening up at the hotel.

”It elevates Palm Beach to the status it should be,” said an Upper East Side socialite who frequents Palm Beach.

Breakers and Brazilian Court

The two new hotels join the historical Breakers Hotel (“a hot bar scene”) and the Brazilian Court Hotel (“President Trump is always there — he loves the salon”).

“It’s just shocking that Palm Beach never really had great places to stay except the Breakers and the Brazilian Court,” the socialite said. “I mean — it’s Palm Beach. Finally, there’s places for people to go to.”

Brazilian Court Hotel responded, saying in a statement, “We hold the privacy of our guests with the highest regard and as such we are unable to comment on any individuals who visit The Brazilian Court Hotel.”
