Vikas Divyakirti’s ‘Drishti IAS’ is a well-known coaching center for the Union Public Service Commission examination. Previously, the institute was located in Delhi’s Mukherjee Nagar, but it has now shifted to Noida. Recently, the institute shared a post on X regarding the move.

The coaching has shifted to Sector-15, in Noida and now the aspirants will have to travel to Noida. In fact, a few months ago three students of Rau’s IAS coaching institute died due to drowning caused by  heavy rains which flooded the basement library. After the incident, Delhi MCD had sealed the buildings of several coaching institutes. It is the reason that Drishti IAS coaching institute has shifted to Noida. 

Dr Vikas Divyakirti established the coaching on November 1, 1999. Divyakiti’s wife Dr Taruna Verma also helped him in starting the coaching institute. Dr Vikas Divyakirti is founder and Managing Director of the coaching while his wife is director. Dr Vikas Divyakirti is considered as an expert of History, Politics and current affairs subjects and it is the reason that students prefer his coaching institute. 

Dr Vikas Divyakirti born in Haryana where he did his primary schooling. Later, Divyakurti moved to Delhi where he earned his graduation degree in History. He did his post graduation. He also earned a degree in law and M.phil and defended a Ph.D. He also cracked UPSC with AIR 384. He got a job in the Ministry of home affairs but later resigned after starting a career in teaching.
