A video that has gone viral on social media, shows an auto rickshaw taking a pedestrian footover bridge in Delhi after it reportedly encountered heavy traffic. The video shows the CNG powered auto climb the stairs of the footover bridge as a bystander recorded the video. While the incident may seem entertaining, it also posed serious risk for bystanders for whom the facility has actually been made. Over the past few years, several such cases of careless motorists performing stunts have surfaced online and have been scrutinised as well. However, such incident continue to take place and get there 10 seconds of fame. Here is the viral video.
As we saw, the auto rickshaw driver drove up to the metal stairs at a fast pace, in order to generate the momentum needed to climb till the top of the footover bridge. He did so while there were pedestrians on the stairs and needless to say it was a very dangerous manoeuvre. Another spotter can also be seen jumping into the moving auto, as it climbed the metal stairs. Earlier in March 2023, an Agra man went viral on social media after he drove his MG Hector SUV on the platform of the Agra Cantt railway station. He allegedly pulled the stunt to get attention on social media.

From sitting on the front of moving cars, to strapping fireworks on the rear of moving vehicles. Incidents of careless behaviour on public roads have been on the rise in recent times.
