What’s the best solution for Barcelona and Vitor Roque?

Barcelona have got themselves in a bit of mess with January signing Vitor Roque who is clearly not happy with the club and his current situation.

The Brazilian arrived in January but has started only two La Liga games, with Xavi announcing recently he could go out on loan in the summer.

Those comments brought an angry response from Vitor Roque’s agent, who suggested the youngster could now seek a permanent transfer at the end of the season.

Barcelona and Vitor Roque now both have big decisions to make on what to do next.

The Brazilian could stay put and try and force his way into Xavi’s thinking, although it seems pretty clear right now he’s not in the coach’s plans.

Another option would be to move to another La Liga club in a bid for regular minutes and the chance to get used to the Spanish top flight.

Yet recent history suggests that players who leave Barcelona on loan rarely seem to come back and find a way back into the first team.

The final solution would be to sell to the highest offer. Vitor Roque is said to be in demand and a sale at the right price could suit both parties.
