It is worth mentioning that the lawsuit filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut early this year introduced Janel Grant as “the victim of physical and emotional abuse, sexual assault and trafficking at WWE.” (These reports are according to WSJ) It contained some scathing allegations against Vince McMahon and The General Manager of WWE RAW and SmackDown, John Laurinaitis. They are currently under investigation.

Janel Grant is a former employee at the WWE global headquarters, where she was a part of the legal and talent departments from 2019 and 2022. She officially filed a lawsuit in January 2024 alleging that she fell victim to Vince McMahon’s misconduct while working at the company.
