According to a report published in the Times of India, Ratan Tata left behind a property worth Rs 10,000 crore. He made provisions in his will for his foundation, his brother Jimmy Tata, his two half-sisters—Shireen Jejeebhoy and Deanna Jejeebhoy—and other domestic staff members.
Industrialist Ratan Tata passed away on October 9 in Mumbai. In his will, he made provisions for everyone in his family, including his pet dog, Tito, as well as his cook and other staff members.
Ratan Tata had a deep affection for his German Shepherd dog, Tito, and specified ‘unlimited’ care for him in his will. Tito is currently under the care of his cook, Rajan Shaw.

Ratan Tata’s longtime associate, Shantanu Naidu, is also mentioned in his will. Tata has relinquished his stake in Shantanu’s companionship venture, Goodfellows, and has also waived his overseas study expenses.
Ratan Tata’s assets include a piece of 2000 sq ft land in Alibaug, a two-storey house on Juhu Tara Road, fixed deposits exceeding over Rs 350 crore, and a 0.83% stake in Tata Sons which would be transferred to the Ratan Tata Endowment Foundation (RTEF).
Ratan Tata’s extensive collection of luxury cars is housed at the Halekai residence and the Taj Wellington Mews service apartments in Colaba. The future of these cars will be determined by the Tata Group, which may either acquire the collection or put it up for auction at a museum in Pune
