Ingredients
- Chana sattu flour 80 gm
- Seed trail mix 30 gm
- Dates 7
- Cinnamon powder
- Unsweetened Peanut butter 30 gm
Method
- In a pan, dry roast the chana sattu flour.
- Once done, transfer into a bowl, and add the seed trail mix, blended dates, and cinnamon powder. Give it a good mix.
- Now add a dollop of peanut butter and mix it well.
- Transfer this into a mould and let it freeze for about …. hours.
- Demould it and cut it into cubes or bars.
