A woman was found dead inside a luxury hotel in Sydney’s west on Sunday, while a man who she had been in a relationship with was taken to hospital under police guard.
Shirley So, 50, was allegedly found with stab wounds by staff at the Pullman on Mulgoa Rd in Penrith about 1.10pm.
7NEWS understands Darren Berry, 53, and So had been in an on-again, off-again relationship, however, it remains unclear why the pair were staying at the hotel over the weekend.
