Woman raves about Cat Deeley’s face mask that gives her Botox-like plumpness

Beauty buffs have found a chemical-free, vegan face mask that is perfect for giving sunburnt skin a boost of hydration.

The UK has been experiencing some glorious sunshine recently, in which we should all be wearing sunscreen to protect our skin against UVA and UVB rays. And those who are looking for an after-sun treatment might want to head over to Amazon.

The online giant is selling a “miracle” face mask from Irish beauty brand Ella & Jo, formulated with a blend of vitamin E, niacinamide and superfood oils to repair damage, soothe irritation and nourish skin. One shopper who tried the product shared her glowing results that left her sister thinking she had Botox.

This Morning presenter Cat Deeley also uses the Miracle Mask to rehydrate her skin and she also raved about the brand’s exofiliating Glow Up Enzyme Mask. The hydrating and plumping facial treatment is available to purchase on Amazon for £34 and shoppers can enjoy 10% off when they subscribe and get fast delivery.

Containing other skin-loving ingredients like squalane, glycerin and multi-layered hyaluronic acid, the Ella and Jo Miracle Hydrating Face Mask works to recharge your skin and leave it looking radiant, smooth and youthful.

Beauty ambassador Cat Deeley spoke about the Miracle Mask along with the Glow Up Enzyme Mask, explaining: “Active ingredients mean active results. This is packed full of hydrating nutrients, skin-protecting ingredients. It plumps skin up straight away. I mean together [with the Glow Up enzyme mask], they work a miracle. I challenge you to find a better duo.”

A first-time shopper shared: “I will be honest I hadn’t heard of this brand before but having used this I’ll look out for other products, especially with their claims of being ‘free from harsh chemicals, vegan and cruelty free’.

“The mask doesn’t dry out, so you don’t get that horrible tight itchy feeling when you’re using it which some masks have. It wiped off easily with a soft damp face cloth and didn’t leave any feeling of residue on my skin. There was no redness or irritation and it felt very kind on my skin.

“I used this twice over a few days and while I can’t say whether or not it’s a ‘miracle’ product, when I next saw my sister she said it looked like I’d had Botox! (I never have).”

One Amazon tester shared: “I did see some differences in my skin but I will use more for more noticeable differences. The mask has a very soft fragrance which feels very relaxing. I have a bit of sensitive skin and it suits me well.”

Another also enjoyed using the mask but said she will use it as an “occasional treat“, saying: “I don’t think the price is outrageous for the market it occupies and I would say that it has the look and feel of a quality product. I would buy it again, but probably more asd a treat than a regular purchase.”

But one said: “This is a nice facial mask treatment, I found it tingly on the skin and was wary of leaving a wide berth around my eyes. However, i do have quite sensitive skin prone to hives.”

Alternatively, shoppers can try Liz Earle Hydrating Cream Face Mask for a 10-minute recharge. The whipped cream face mask is currently on offer for £19.20 instead of £24.
