Saudi Arabia has begun construction on the world’s largest building, The Mukaab. The building will have a cube shape, and the estimated construction cost is ₹420 lakh crores
The construction cost of Dubai’s Burj Khalifa was ₹12,500 crores, making it the world’s tallest building at a height of 828 meters. According to a report from The Sun , The Mukaab will reach a height of 1,300 feet and a width of 1,200 feet. It is said that approximately 20 Empire State Buildings could fit inside The Muqaab.

The Mukaab will have 9,000 hotel rooms and will feature 104,000 residential units. The construction of the building will be supervised by Saudi Arabia’s New Murabba Development Company (NMDC).
