Second on the list is Jeff Bezos, with a staggering wealth of USD 211 billion. The third position is held by Bernard Arnault, the CEO of LVMH. However, Indian billionaire businessman Mukesh Ambani ranks 12th with USD 116 billion net worth, as of September 30, 2024.

Elon Musk, the wealthiest person in the world, he holds a wealth of $272 billion. Chasing not too far behind is Jeff Bezos, whose net worth is $211 billion. Bernard Arnault also makes it to the list, coming third with his significant treasure of $207 billion.

This year has seen his fortune rocket skywards by a staggering $73.4 billion, pushing him ahead of big industry players like Larry Ellison, who co-founded Oracle, and past Microsoft bosses like Bill Gates and Steve Ballmer.
