Xiaomi: Xiaomi 12 Pro receives second price cut, this is how much the premium smartphone cost

At the start of this year, Xiaomi introduced its flagship smartphone, the Xiaomi 13 Pro, to the Indian market. Shortly after this release, the Chinese smartphone manufacturer reduced the price of its flagship smartphone for 2022, the Xiaomi 12 Pro. Now, the premium smartphone has received its second price cut in India.

Xiaomi 12 Pro comes in two variants — 8GB+256GB and 12GB+256GB. After the first price cut, the 8GB version was selling at Rs 44,999 and the 12GB variant at Rs 48,999. The premium smartphone has now received a price drop of Rs 5000. After the second price cut, the 8GB version of the smartphone of the company can be purchased at Rs 39,999, and the 12GB version at Rs 41,999. The smartphone can be purchased in three colour options — Noir Black, Opera Mauve and Couture Blue.
Along with this, the company is also giving some offers to the buyers of Xiaomi 12 Pro. The customers can avail instant discount of Rs 2,000 on HDFC and ICICI Bank credit cards.
Xiaomi 12 Pro specifications
The Xiaomi 12 Pro 5G smartphone is equipped with an expansive 6.73-inch WQHD+ AMOLED display, capable of a maximum refresh rate of 120Hz. Its LTPO 2.0 panel allows for an adaptive refresh rate, scaling down to as low as 1Hz to optimize power consumption. To enrich the gaming experience, the device flaunts an impressive touch sampling rate of 480Hz.
Powering the phone is the flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor, combined with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. Furthermore, the handset features Dolby Atmos support and incorporates a quad-speaker setup by Harman Kardon. The Xiaomi 12 Pro will operate on MIUI 13, which is based on Android 12.

Xiaomi asserts that, under boost mode, the phone can achieve a full charge in merely 18 minutes, while in the standard mode, it takes approximately 24 minutes to charge to full capacity.
