French brand Zadig & Voltaire is strengthening its management teams with the announcement of two new additions to its teams. Yann Lebourdais has been appointed chief financial officer. He began his career in auditing firms before taking on the role of CFO in companies such as Arval Group, GrandVision and more recently EssilorLuxottica.

Yann Lebourdais’ duties at Zadig & Voltaire include “continuing the transformation of the finance department” within the company, and “standardising working methods” worldwide.

The second new arrival is Maud Rascle, who is taking on the role of director of partnerships. She has built up a career spanning more than twenty years in the world of luxury and fashion, working for Christian Dior Couture and the Kidiliz group, where she was design director for the licensing department. Before joining Zadig & Voltaire, she was merchandising director for jewellery and watches at the Printemps department stores’.

Maud Rascle will be responsible for “accelerating growth in the licensing segment”, in tandem with the international wholesale teams.

The label, founded in 1997 and run by Rémy Baume, has over 350 locations worldwide. Two years ago, when it generated annual sales of €350 million, the company set itself the target of reaching €550 million in sales by 2025.
