Zara continues its strategy of creating collaborations with leading fashion names. On November 30, the Inditex group’s most prolific chain will present a capsule collection developed with iconic British model Kate Moss, featuring outfits and accessories for the festive season.
Designer Katy England has also been involved in the project, as confirmed by Zara sources to FashionNetwork.com.
According to Moss herself, this festive collection will consist of “chic, casual” items, in which “classic lines” will blend with “the right dose of glamour.”
This is far from being the first collaboration produced by Moss. Between 2007 and 2010, she presented a series of collections with Topshop, a partnership that resumed on an occasional basis in 2014. She has also previously worked with Zara, and in 2022 she fronted a Zara ad campaign. More recently, in February 2024, Zara launched a capsule collection inspired by Moss.
Zara has regularly developed collaborations with other top fashion names. A few days ago, it released a capsule collection co-styled with Italian designer Stefano Pilati, who featured alongside Gisele Bündchen in the launch campaign lensed by Steven Meisel. The collection was presented during Paris Fashion Week.
Zara recently inked a joint-venture deal with British designer Samuel Ross for his new concept, SR_A, described on his Instagram account as “SR_A engineered by Zara.” No further details were given for the time being.
