In a chat at Jagran Film Festival, the actor said that when he did that (opening door) shot, he didn’t even see the monitor, adding that they were in a hurry to finish that moment.
He then carried on and said that he saw the shot for the first time when he saw the teaser and he was like, ‘What?! This is me?!’
He further said that he is so glad about the response he has got for this one shot and that it just shows that the audience wants to see him in something different.

In the same interview, Bobby reacted to speculations of him playing a cannibal in the movie. Without revealing much, Bobby just said that he looks different and people want to know what he is doing in the shot. However, he cannot really reveal that at the moment. However, he agreed that he’s definitely chewing something in the shot.
Bobby also revealed that he was quite happy to do ‘Animal’ because he’s a big fan of Ranbir Kapoor. He also added that if there are two actors that he’s a fan of, they’re Ranbir and Alia and incidentally, they’re both married to each other.
Further talking about ‘Animal’, Bobby said that it’s an emotional, violent drama with love, romance and hate. It’s one of those films where director Sandeep Reddy Vanga brings out the best of characterisation, which is so different from other filmmakers.
