Starting young
While officially, Alia made her debut with Student of the Year, co-starring Sidharth Malhotra and Varun Dhawanin 2012, her stint with acting started way back.

She was seen as a young Preity Zinta in the movie Sangharsh, which came out in 1999, when she was just six! The crime thriller co-starred Akshay Kumar, and was produced by her uncle, Mukesh Bhatt.

For example, for Udta Punjab, she stopped using her phone for a month and for the spy thriller Raazi, she learned Morse code.
Obsessed with organization
Alia has said that she is obsessed with organization and has great ‘organizational skills.’ She also said that if she could go back to college, she could probably do an entire course on organization!

Loves men’s perfume
Alia has often admitted that she finds women perfumes extremely ‘fruity’ and dainty, and hence prefers something stronger. In fact it was her 2 States co-star Arjun Kapoor, who introduced her to some men’s perfumes and from then on, she has been hooked!
