GG Engineering Q4 Result: GG Engineering has announced its financial earnings for the fourth quarter (Q4FY24). According to the company it has reported its Q4 PAT at Rs 547.03 lakh or Rs 5.47 crore in the January-March quarter, up marginally from Rs 537.02 lakh or Rs 5.37 crore posted in the same quarter a year ago. GG Engineering is a Mumbai-headquartered company engaged in the heavy electrical equipment industry.
To recall, the company had touched a net profit of Rs 54.24 lakh or Rs 0.54 crore in the preceding quarter. For the entire FY24, GG Engineering said that its profit stood at Rs 710.47 lakh or Rs 7.10 crore.

- The statement further showed that for the year ended March 31, 2024, the company’s total income came in at Rs 21,530.43 lakh or Rs 215.3 crore
- In FY23, the company haf reported a total income of Rs 11,082.83 lakh or Rs 110 crore.
- GG Engineering further said that it has obtained approval from BSE for allotment of 7,500 lakh fully covertible warrant on preferential basis.
- During the year ended March 31, 2024, the company received a sum of Rs 7,623 lakh through allotment of 5,775 lakh shares warrant.
- Out of 5,775 lakh share warrants, 5,200 lakh share warrants have been converted into equity shares during the year.
The company added that it has dispose off 24.82 per cent shares in Teamo Productions HQ Limited (Associate) during the year ended March 31, 2024, accordingly M/s Teamo Production HQ Limited ceases to its associates.
