James Stewart is well-known to Home and Away fans both here and overseas.
The actor plays Justin Morgan on the beloved Seven drama and has also appeared on Packed to the Rafters and Breakers.

His face may be very familiar to TV viewers, but did you know he has an identical twin brother, Nicholas?
Viewers of The Morning Show were reminded of the fact when he and Home and Away co-star Ada Nicodemou appeared on the breakfast program on Thursday to talk about a dramatic upcoming storyline.
Co-hosts Kylie Gillies and Larry Emdur decided to spring a surprise by pulling out some old photographs of the twin brothers in their youth.
In one snap, the identical pair could be seen gazing at the camera sporting adorable bowl-cut hairstyles.
Another was of them together as older boys, rocking long hair and striking similar hands-in-the-pocket poses.
While the actor has shared the occasional snap of his brother, wishing him a happy birthday on Instagram and the like, not everyone is aware he has a twin sibling.
“Birthday twinning … spent all my years around this sun with this guy!” James wrote in 2018, when the pair were turning 43.
“Pretty awesome.”
Sharing another photo of them together that year, he wrote: “Same same, but different,” adding the hashtags #family and #twins.
Some of his followers had no idea he had a twin brother.
“OMG, you’re a twin?” one shocked fan wrote.
“Never knew that!”
“I got so confused,” noted another, saying she thought she was seeing double by mistake.
When the pair turned 45 in 2020, James wrote: “Happy birthday bro! Still can’t tell who’s who?!🤷🏽♂️ And why did one of us miss the part the hair memo!! #twinning.”
Even Nicholas and James’s respective daughters Grace and Scout, born a year apart, have inherited enough of their dad’s DNA to look very similar.
On Christmas Day 2022, James shared a photo with Nicholas and both of their daughters wearing identical Nirvana T-shirts.
“I keep coming back to this and just stare at how identical you both are,” one fan wrote.
“It’s absolutely mind blowing to me … I also have the Nirvana T-shirt … 😍😍.”
“Handsome twin brothers, and even your daughters look like twins,” noted another.
“OMG twin men and daughters,” wrote a third.
While there are some differences now that make it easier to distinguish between the two — Nicholas is greying while James keeps his hair black for his Home and Away role — the actor has admitted in the past that in childhood photos he sometimes has trouble working out who’s who.
Sharing one cute photo to Instagram, he wrote: “Which one am I again?”, tagging his brother in the caption.
Fans had different guesses on which was which.
“You’d have to be the one in front, you haven’t changed, just gotten older,” one fan said.
“You’re the one in front I think. You both have different smiles,” said another.
But others disagreed.
“James in blue,” one fan suggested.
“James Stewart, you are the one in blue,” another wrote.
One thing Home and Away fans may not know is that Nicholas once made a cameo appearance on the show.
He shared a cheeky snap of his 2020 set visit on his own Instagram page, where he and James were surrounded by other cast members, including Lynne McGranger (who plays Irene Granger) and Ray Meagher (who plays Alf Stewart).
“That one time there were 3 ‘Stewarts’ in Summer Bay!” he captioned the picture, adding the hashtag: #flaminggalah.
