Omega Seiki Mobility, PNB partner for electric vehicle financing: Plans to cumulatively finance Rs 300 crore worth of EVs

Electric vehicle manufacturer Omega Seiki Mobility has partnered with Punjab National Bank to help its dealer partners streamline vehicle inventory funding and offer comprehensive retail financing solutions to their customers.
OSM said it has already financed 8,000 electric vehicles, amounting to Rs 350 crores. Further, the company plans to finance an additional 7,500 electric vehicles, worth Rs 300 crores, over the next three years.
The company said that with this approach, which includes low-cost financing options for both rural and urban customers, it aims to drive widespread adoption of electric vehicles and promote sustainable transportation.
Uday Narang, Founder and Chairman, Omega Seiki Mobility said ,“Electric mobility isn’t limited to urban centres. By prioritizing access to electric three-wheelers, we are empowering rural India with cleaner, more efficient transportation options and generous earning potentials.”
Amitabh Rai, DGM- MSME, Punjab National Bank said, “PNB customers can now access exclusive and affordable financing options for electric 3-wheelers (Both passenger & cargo loaders) from Omega Seiki Mobility.”
The manufacturer said that it has established strategic partnerships with a host of financial institutions such as IDFC and Indian Bank, alongside notable NDFC collaborators including AMU Leasing, Three Wheels United, Vidyu Tech, among others, catering to both Retail and Captive Customers of OSM.

This latest offering comes in two variants: the Stream City ATR, featuring a swappable battery option, comes at a price of Rs 1.85 lakh, while the Stream City A85, equipped with a fixed battery, will be retailed for Rs 3.01 lakh, both prices ex-showroom.
