But fans also noted that added a second ‘brave’ as the final word.

“Way to go, Reba. The double ‘brave’ at the end plus the cutaway to the fighter jets masking the audio yields our first Super Bowl 58 controversy!!” one fan wrote.

The final line to America’s famous Star-Spangled Banner is ‘O’er the land of the free and the home of the brave’, but interestingly, McEntire added the extra ‘brave’ in a climactic end to her version.

In Super Bowl betting, there was a market for the anthem going over or under 90 seconds.

With McEntire extending the song with the second elongated ‘brave’, the powerful ending took her version to over 95 seconds.

R&B soul singer Andra Day was also praised for her performance of Lift Every Voice and Sing and rapper Post Malone had superstar Taylor Swift on her feet and feeling the vibe.

Post Malone took the stage with his guitar performed a moving, stripped-back version of America the Beautiful.

Swift is set to collaborate with Post Malone on her upcoming album.
