Swiggy, Tinder, YouTube India joined ‘Look Between On Your Keyboard Trend’ to impress their consumers or gain transaction on the respective platforms.

After the ‘Check Here’ trend the new trend which is dominating on social media platform X is ‘look between on your keyboard trend’ which asks users to look between two particular alphabets on their keyboards, the alphabet may derive the meaning of something they might have put in their post.

Many users from politicians, celebrities to official accounts of business have joined this trend. Grabbing an opportunity, ‘memer’ haven’t left behind and made several memes about the trend. They have made hilarious images  and asked users to decode it using the alphabets needed to look at their keyboard trend. Swiggy, Tinder, YouTube India joined this trend to impress their consumers or gain transaction on the respective platforms.

Story Behind  ‘Look Between On Your Keyboard Trend’

According to various reports, the viral trend originated from a meme shared in May 2021 which was based on a K-On a Japanese anime series, wherein ‘memer’ asked the users to ‘look between T and O on your keyboard (sic).’ The letters were Y, U and I, which made‘Yui’, which was a character from a series.

In 2024, the meme suddenly went viral when some X users shared posts on ‘K-On!’ and ‘My Hero Academia’ series. The trend picked up so much that from politicians like Anurag Thakur to businesses like Swiggy couldn’t control them. From Delhi Police to Swiggy to YouTube India, many verified handles hopped on to the trend.

Advertising for their famous dish in India and linking it to ‘Look Between On Your Keyboard Trend’ Swiggy did not leave the opportunity of advertisement. In a funny quote it wrote, “Veg biryani is the best. Look between H and L on your keyboard.” Well played, Swiggy!

Sharing an old photo of a singer Himesh Reshamiya, YouTube India wrote, “Look between I and P on your keyboard.” Oooo!

Tinder India used this trend  and asked users to go on a date. “Look between Y and O to know who needs to go on a date together,” it wrote on X. Smart!
