Airtel ICC World Cup 2023 data plans
Airtel has launched two new data plans for the ongoing ICC World Cup 2023 tournament . These data plans are:
- Rs 99 plan that will offer unlimited data for 2 days
- Rs 49 plan that will offer 6GB data for 1 day
Airtel DTH gets new special recharge plans
Apart from these prepaid data plans, Airtel DTH is also collaborating with Star Network to offer special recharge plans. The company has also simplified the process for customers to choose and add channels from the Start Sports portfolio.
On the Airtel Xstream box, Airtel is running a quick-access promo-rail. This will help customers to quickly navigate to the cricket match broadcast in their preferred language.
According to an Opensignal report, Bharti Airtel users will also be able to connect to improved network experience and faster upload speeds across International Cricket Council (ICC) World Cup 2023 stadium.
Ahead of the ICC World Cup tournament, Opensignal examined mobile network experience across all the stadiums to assess the performance of Indian mobile operators. The report claims that Airtel delivered the best experience with voice apps across all the stadiums, especially on the 5G network.
The report also claimed that, Airtel performed best compared to other operators in the quality of mobile live video streaming experience across 40 largest cities in India. The Airtel network offered such performance for Live Video Experience as well as for 5G Live Video Experience in most cities.
